This message is for those residents that pay using the annual coupon book. This does not affect anyone already using auto-debit/ACH, their bank's bill pay service, or through PayLease/Zego.
All coupon books were ordered on December 4th, however due to Covid the supplier of the coupon books has had to operate with fewer staff members than needed. In addition, due to both the holidays and Covid affecting the post office, what would normally take 3-5 business days to deliver the mail is now taking 2-3 weeks. Remember most communities allow until the 15th of the month before a payment is considered late. If you would like to mail in your payment before you receive a coupon book you can mail it to the bank: {Name of your community} c/o The Avalon Management Group PO Box 52982 Phoenix, AZ 85072-2982 You may also mail it to our corporate headquarters: {Name of your community} 31608 Railroad Canyon Road Canyon Lake, CA. 92587 You can drop off your payment. You may also drop it off in the drop boxes located at our Canyon Lake, Temecula, or Oceanside office. Pay Online. You may also sign up to pay online by clicking the “My Account” Icon, then Log On, then Login. Please be aware that before you can sign up for automatic payment, your account must have a zero balance. Please make any balance due payments by check, and then come back and sign up for auto-draft. You can make a one-time payment online, but there are small fees charged by the third party provider that processes credit and debit cards for the Association. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding while we all deal with the effects of Covid 19. Dear Rancho Highlands Homeowners, The community pool is scheduled to re-open on Thursday, July 2, 2020 on a reduced daily and hourly basis. Please note; a change in state, and or county rules regulating community pool operations could alter the opening plans, or the future ability to use the community pool. Please see the attached Emergency Pool Operation and Use Rules in Response to Covid-19 approved on June 25, 2020 and effective for 120 days going forward. Membership safety and complying with all applicable legal guidelines is the Rancho Highlands Community Associations Board’s number one priority. A pool monitor will be on site to allow member access. Please be patient during this transition time to allow pool monitors and janitorial to complete their tasks. Please note; the pool monitors cannot answer HOA questions. The temporary emergency pool rules are intended to allow maximum enjoyment of the pool by Rancho Highlands Community Association members given the current circumstances. To ensure this goal, pool monitors shall have full authority to enforce the rules and guidelines as they deem appropriate to insure the safety of community members and compliance with applicable legal requirements. If these rules are not followed, the pool will be closed. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with any recommendations or comments you may have. Your feedback is very important to us. A Release and Liability Waiver for COVID-19/Corona Virus MUST be signed and on file in order to use the pool. Please bring this form with you to the pool, you will not be given access if this form is not completed and presented to the pool monitor. The form can be found in the docs section of the website.
